CAT offers a rapid connection between Vienna city centre and airport in only 16 minutes.

CAT is available 365 days a year from early morning to late at night with the first train from Wien-Mitte departing at 5.38 am and the last from the airport in the direction of Wien-Mitte at 11.35 pm.

CAT is the only air-rail service in Europe to offer in-town check-in. Passengers can check-in their baggage up to 75 minutes before the departure, get their boarding pass and enjoy the rest of the journey to the airport comfortably and stress-free.

At the moment CAT is undergoing the largest refurbishment project since it came into operation in 2003. The first completely refurbished CAT rake of coaches was put into operation on 12th of January 2011. By summer 2011, the entire refurbishment project will be completed.
