Chief Executive Officer of ERL, Pn. Noormah Mohd Noor, said: “To grow our business, we need to reach out to the rest of the world, and provide our customers with easier processes and buying choices. The new portal offers greater flexibility in making purchases from the comfort of their home or office 24-hours-a-day.”

The first-time customers will need to register online and activate their email account before proceeding to the next step. There are options to select ticket type, quantity and travel date. Tickets can be added to the shopping cart, and the total fare will be calculated automatically. Once the order is confirmed, payment can be made with Mastercard or Visa credit cards via the secure payment gateway.

Customers will get an e-ticket confirmation sent to their email address, issued instantly upon payment. With this e-ticket, passengers can go directly through the gates scanning the bar code printed on it.
