SRT Governor Yuthana Thapcharoen said the Authority had been testing the operating system of the Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link prior to its opening for a trial run, which was expected to be in June 2010.

The official test run of the Airport Rail Link has been adjourned several months due to technical problems, coupled with the recent anti-government demonstration in Bangkok. The train system was originally expected to have its safety standard validated in July but is now facing a delay.
