The company’s share in the total airport-bound passenger traffic was 21% (+5%) as of the month end. A significant growth rate has been observed on the Belorussky Railway Station – Sheremetyevo Airport line: over 183 thousand people (+235%) have used the company’s services. Paveletsky Railway Station – Domodedovo Airport is still the most demanded Aeroexpress’ route (303 thousand people, + 31%). The high-speed trains have carried almost 114 thousand passengers (+85%) to Vnukovo Airport and back.

In the current year, the company is planning to maintain the upward trend in the key parameters by improving passenger service technologies and actively developing direct and agency sales channels.

Aeroexpress is striving to satisfy the demand of all groups of passengers. Thus, in February 2010 the Company launched business class coaches with higher level of comfort and extra services (seat reservation, drinks, business press, Wi-Fi) making them different from regular ones.

Aeroexpress continues implementing advanced information technologies. The launch of e-ticket service on the company's web-site www.aeroexpress.ru this past February became an important step in this direction. The Company is planning to further develop on-line sales of rail tickets together with the leading airports and airlines, travel operators, air and rail ticket agencies. Besides, Aeroexpress is offering its partners corporate travel cards and single-time boarding cards for high-speed trains for sale on favorable terms.

Expecting seasonal growth in air traffic, Aeroexpress is planning to install about 100 ticket machines in the rail terminals and airports and to increase both the frequency of trains and passenger capacity in the rolling stock circulating on all the company’s routes.
