Ticketing innovation for customers of Aeroexpress

Wednesday, 24 Feb 2010 11:39
According to the company, this move is part of the policy to increase customer satisfaction and save time at the terminal.

Using an order form on the website, passengers can select necessary travel parameters and means of payment, and provide their mobile phone number that will be used for sending text messages with payment confirmation and a password for accessing the personal account on the website. After purchasing the ticket, the user is registered on the website automatically.

Aeroexpress passengers can pay with following electronic payment systems: with a bank card – Visa or MasterCard, via payment system – Yandex.Money or WebMoney, or from A personal mobile phone account through MOBI.Money (for Beeline subscribers).

After making a payment, the user will be redirected to the page with the payment result, from where an itinerary receipt can be printed out or sent as a bar-coded text message to the user’s mobile phone. If the passenger does not print out the itinerary receipt at once, it will be available for printing at any time later in the personal account on the website.

Aeroexpress is also conducting negotiations with the leading airlines and travel agents to introduce similar services at their websites.
